Story: Mr Rajeshwar nath was troubled with his split ac as it was not cooling properly. He had called us to check what was wrong with his air conditioner. Our tech visit his home and told him what was wrong with his ac. Since his appliance is in warranty by the authorized company, he didn’t want us to resolve the issue. And so in such a case we have our policy that customer need to pay Rs 150 mandatory charges.
