Mr. Jai called lives in a reputed society of Sector-46 Gurgaon, he had a problem with his air condition, it was not cooling at all and due to sun heat his 8 years old son was fainted, Jai contacted at his building maintenance but they don’t provide AC repair service, he search on google for a technician and found our FacilityKart AC Advertisement, he called us and asked us to send an AC repair technician as soon as possible. We booked his complaint and sent our nearest technician with all required tools, equipment and a cylinder of AC Gas in case it was a leak problem, he reached there within 25 minute and repaired the problem. It was a gas leak problem.
He thanked our technician for reaching on time, he made the payment filled the feedback form happily and promised to call us again if any problem comes up related to his home need.
