Experience Diary #15-August-2015

This compliant came right in the midst of 15 August, as we know it’s a national holiday, all of our employees were on leave and Mr. Ashim is so troubled by this issue that he called and wanted his problem to be solved immediately. After getting his issue we called us our networked vendors but no one was available to attend. So we called our technician from his home which was 25 kms away from the customer’s site. He reached there and resolved the issue despite of our national holiday. This incident made Ashim our trustworthy customer.
