Hiring and Training:

Initially hiring would be done on referral basis and freshers will have to undergo rigorous training which will include classroom and practical training. We will ensure that our workforce are efficient in disposing repairing work and have professional work behavior. After a proper training a dress would be given to wear during home visits. FacilityKart workforce will have standardized tools with them perform repairing work.
